Movement & Bouldering
Bouldering is an essential part of climbing training but it is also a sub-sport in it's own right - with many climbers preferring to climb low problems without ropes.
We can offer bouldering sessions to improve strength and techinque or as an experience in it's own right. We can also offer indoor bouldering all year round as a tool for coaching movement. For climbers looking to move up the grades bouldering offers a good strategy for improvement.
