Rock Climbing Coaching
Coaching can really help if you have reached an impasse or plateau in your climbing and don’t seem to be making progress. Give us a call and explain where you’re at and we’ll see what we can do. Coaching can be anything from a 2 hour session at the climbing wall, getting a few tips, to a week of leading climbs with an instructor nearby to boost your confidence and technique. You can draw on the huge amount of experience that we have to help your climbing improve. Mental preparation, stamina training, bouldering and even improving your gear placements and organisation can make a huge difference to performance.
